Initial notice and GDPR agreement

The requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and of Romanian Law no. 190/2018 on the processing of personal data.

HUBIX INVESTMENT S.A. is a company organised under Romanian law, with its registered office in Brănești, 66A Horia Street, Ilfov County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/5706/04.09.2023, sole registration code 48727284.

1. Personal data of the people who contact us: personal data is collected when you fill in one of the forms on the website or contact us directly, in order to respond to your request, to take the steps needed before a possible contract and, subsequently, to perform it and fulfil the legal obligations of the “Controller”.

Data processed: full name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, message, the information specific to each form (for example, the project details and presentation in the developer form) and the data proving your agreement (date and time of submission, truncated IP address). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

Processing and storage period: for as long as necessary to respond to your request and assess the proposed collaboration, for the duration of any contractual relationship and afterwards, in line with the statutory limitation and/or storage and archiving periods, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Data processors: to achieve the purposes above, we use service providers (website hosting, backup storage, email service), in line with Article 28 GDPR, under a service agreement signed with them that ensures the confidentiality of personal data, and which have implemented personal data security measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.

3. Your rights: you can exercise your rights in writing, with your signature, directly at our registered office or by email to contact@hubix.ro:

  1. The right to receive information about the processing of your personal data and a copy of your data (Article 15 GDPR).
  2. The right to request the rectification or updating of inaccurate personal data and/or its completion (Article 16 GDPR).
  3. The right to request the erasure of your personal data, the “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 GDPR).
  4. The right to request the restriction of the processing of your data (Article 18 GDPR).
  5. The right to receive your data in a structured format, for transfer to another controller, “portability” (Article 20 GDPR).
  6. The right to object to the processing of your data, the “right to object” (Article 21 GDPR).
  7. The right to withdraw the consent you have given, in order to stop the processing based on it; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Article 7 GDPR).
  8. The right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority, for processing that infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR).

GDPR consent

By ticking the agreement box in the forms on this website, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and agree that HUBIX INVESTMENT S.A., with the identification details above, acting as “Data Controller”, may process the personal data entered in the form in order to respond to your request and assess the proposed opportunity or collaboration.

Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, with immediate effect, by a free notice sent to the registered office of the “Data Controller” or by email. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data before the withdrawal (it has no retroactive effect).
